Returns
Returns
- Email hello@medicair.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order explaining the reason for the return and including your Order Number.
- Write your order number on the Product Return Form included with your order, and place this in your returning package. If you require a new form, ask us to email you a copy.
- Return the product within 60 days of its receipt, and the completed Product Return Form, to the correct address below:
- For UK returns: JOTTNAR RETURNS, The Malting, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. CF24 5EA
- For US, EU, ROW and other international returns: Write ‘GOODS RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY’ clearly on the package and send to: JOTTNAR RETURNS, The Malting, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. CF24 5EA
ExchangesExchanges are permitted on like-for-like product (same product but different size or colour). Items must be returned in their original as-new condition and with a completed Product Returns Form. Hangtags and labels should still be attached.
Correctly returned products will be exchanged within 5-10 working days from date of receipt of delivery at our warehouse of the item(s) and returned to you at our expense.
RefundsTo be eligible for a refund, items should be in their original as-new condition and with a completed Product Returns Form enclosed, and with hangtags and labels still attached.
All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original card/account used. Depending on payment method, a refund will normally appear in your account 5-10 working days after receipt of delivery at our warehouse of the item(s). Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.
