Returns
Returns
If you are not sure if a product is right for you, give us a call, drop us an email or chat with us on our online chat. We always look forward to talking with you, answering your questions and helping you to assess if the product in question can meet your expectations.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for air purifiers and air purifier replacement filters if they have been turned on or used (even if it was just for a moment) and/ or if their packaging seal has been broken. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
For easy returns:
- Email hello@medicair.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order, explaining the reason for the return and including your Order Number.
- Write your order number on the Product Return Form included with your order, and place this in your returning package. If you require a new form, ask us to email you a copy.
- Return the product within 60 days of its receipt, and the completed Product Return Form, to the correct address below:
- For UK returns: JOTTNAR RETURNS, The Malting, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. CF24 5EA
- For US, EU, ROW and other international returns: Write ‘GOODS RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY’ clearly on the package and send to: JOTTNAR RETURNS, The Malting, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. CF24 5EA
ExchangesIf you would like to discuss exchanging your product for another MedicAir product, please get in touch with us so we can advise you. Email hello@medicair.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order, explaining the reason for the exchange and including your Order Number.
Please note that the customer will be liable for any increase in price in the cost of the exchanged products.
RefundsOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
